On the 16^th of March 1521, Spaniard explorer Ferdinand Magellan, sailing from Spain, reached the archipelago of what was to become the Philippines. With the colonization that followed, the Philippines became part of the Spanish Empire, ending in 1898 when the U.S. Deep State targeted Cuba’s local gold (sugar) thanks to the 15th February 1898 dubious explosion of the U.S.S. Maine battleship in the harbor of Havana. This terrorist act did trigger the Spanish-American war and the beginning of the American Colonial Era of the Philippines. The Spanish-American war was followed by the 1899—1992 Philippine—American War and the Commonwealth period that was designed as a transitional administration in preparation for the country’s full achievement of independence.

Rodrigo Roa Duterte, born in 1945 in Maasin, Southern Leyte, a law graduate, with a seven times Davos City’s Mayor proven track record, became the 16th President of the Philippines. Rodrigo Roa Duterte presents a potential threat to the Washington neocon leaders as he turned towards China and Russia and waved a French farewell “au revoir” to the Washington neocon thugs. The U.S. Empire of Chaos does not take this sort of loyalty shift lightly and many of us know what the Washington entourage is capable of when countries stop toeing the Washington neoconservative fascist line.

During an October 2017 visit to Beijing China, Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, accompanied by 250 Philippine business leaders, made some remarkable comments that paved the way to what he called “a new commercial alliance as relations with longtime ally Washington deteriorate . . .In this venue, your honors, in this venue, I announce my separation from the United States.” Duterte told Chinese and Philippine business people, to applause, at a forum in the Great Hall of the People attended by Chinese Vice Premier Zhang. “Both in military, not maybe social, but economics also, America has lost.” Furthermore, President Dutarte added “For as long as I am here, do not treat us like a doormat because you’ll be sorry.” He added. “I will not speak with you. I can always go to China.”

Exercises in the disputed South China Sea have been put on hold, and 107 US troops operating drones surveilling Muslim militants will also have to leave the country soon, the Philippines Defense chief said. President Rodrigo Duterte said he wants an ongoing US-Philippine amphibious beach landing drill to be the last in his six-year presidency, with plans to halt all the 28 military exercises carried out with US forces every year.“This year would be the last,” Duterte pledged on Friday in Davao in the southern Philippines, AP reported. Dutarte also made some crude comments towards (former US. President) Barack Obama: the outspoken Philippines leader said his US counterpart Barack Obama, whom he has previously publicly called a “son-of-a-b***h,” should “go to hell.” Experts say the Philippines president’s plans to limit the presence of US troops will thwart Washington’s intention to beef up US forces in Southeast Asia in order to counter China. “President Duterte’s shoot-from-the-hip style of parochial democracy is deeply troubling,” Carl Thayer, an expert on the South China Sea, told AP. “If Duterte moves to curtail US rotational military presence from bases in the Philippines, this would undermine the US ability to deter China not only in defense of Philippines sovereignty, but regional security as well.”

Meanwhile the warmongering U.S. Empire of Chaos is remodeling Guantánamo Bay (Cuba) facilities and planning to invest a mere USD 500 million in new construction, from which USD 250 million for the hospital facilities: five additional beds: USD 50 million per bed.” Not bad for a Zimbabwe money printing style nation with twenty trillion USD debt!

Things are not doing well for the Anglo-American elite, The Bretton Woods Reserve Currency USD is losing its grip on an international community beginning to create and establish alternative competing financial products and institutions:

• BRICS: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa as an alternative to the Bretton Woods Western nations’ USD, GBP, EUR and ¥EN

• AIIB: Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank as alternative to the IMF

• CFFEX: China’s New China Financial Future Exchange

The AIIB or Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank is a major development in the international world of finances and a direct threat to US Dollar based institutions such as the Federal Reserve (FED), the IMF (International Monetary Fund), the World Bank, the Bank of England (BoE), the European Central Bank (ECB), the Bank of Japan (BoJ), and last but not least the Bank of International Settlements in Basel (BIS.)

Many of us may not have heard of the AIIB, but let’s not kid ourselves, The AIIB is a major financial threat to the 1944 Bretton Woods International Reserve Currency agreements. No less than 57 countries contributed to the start of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank; among others: The Philippines, France, Germany, Switzerland, Britain, South Korea, Canada, Belgium, Hungary, Ireland and Hong Kong.

But let’s get back to the Philippines, three archipelagos became of strategic importance for the geopolitical control of the U.S. Empire: the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. As a footnote let’s not forget that following World War II, Japan and Germany remained to this very day two U.S. vassal states and US-occupied territories…

George Friedman: A Neocon’s Blatant Speech on U.S.–Exceptionalism and U.S. Single-Handed International Warmongering Rights

Stratfor, a U.S. neocon geopolitical think-tank, should be considered as an extended arm of the United States’ Criminal Information Agency also known as the CIA.  George Friedman, a Jewish Hungarian naturalized U.S. citizen, is the CEO and co-founder of Stratfor: an organization that has often been described as the “Shadow CIA.” Geopolitical News considers Stratfor’s writings and geopolitical views as an unashamed ambassador for the Anglo-American neocon doctrine of worldwide hegemonic dominance or as coined by F. William Engdhal: Full Spectrum Dominance Totalitarian Democracy.

In order to remain a monocentric Empire, Friedman says, the United States of America must make sure, as it has been doing since World War One and for the last hundred years, that a rapprochement between Germany and Russia never takes place. A pluricentric world could threaten the U.S. Empire particularly a Russo-German alliance that would combine Germany’s state of the art technology and Russia’s vast amount of natural resources.

Another U.S. center of neo conservative Anglo American factories is the CCGA: The Chicago Council on Global Affairs. The CCGA is a non-elected, de facto U.S. government agency where renowned world leaders such as John Kerry, former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and Dr. Angela Merkel have all held speeches.  

In George Friedman’s CCGA speech, “Europe — Destined for Conflict?” (February 3^rd of 2015), Friedman cynically touches on very sensitive nerves when straightforwardly admitting that the U.S. coup d’état in Ukraine was the “most blatant coup in history.” Two main points emerge from Friedman’s speech: 1. Creation of a European cordon sanitaire between Western Europe and Russia. 2. Prevention of a rapprochement thus détente and cooperation between Russia and Germany.

1. Creation of a European cordon sanitaire

U.S. policy of containment encircling Russia

Cordon sanitaire according Wikipedia “is a French phrase that, literally translated, means ‘sanitary cordon’. It originally denoted a barrier implemented to stop the spread of infectious diseases. It may be used interchangeably with the term ‘quarantine’, and although the terms are related, cordon sanitaire refers to the restriction of movement of people within a defined geographic area, such as a community. The term is also often used metaphorically, in English, to refer to attempts to prevent the spread of an ideology deemed unwanted or dangerous.” 

French Prime Minister George Clémenceau (1917—1920) is credited with the first use of the phrase as a metaphor for ideological containment. In March 1919, he urged the newly independent border states that had seceded from Russian Empire and Soviet Russia to form a defensive union and thus quarantine the spread of communism to Western Europe: he called such an alliance a cordon sanitaire. As a native speaker of French, I can only underline the arrogance and rudeness of such geopolitical choice of words.

Getting back to George Friedman’s CCGA speech and the Q&A session that followed, let’s review Friedman’s answer to an attendee’s first question:

(44:50) “Mr. Friedman, thank you for your analysis very much appreciated. If you are in Ukraine right now, and you are the Ukrainian government . . . or the people . . . what do you do? . . . What is next for Ukraine?”

(46:44 —48:10) George Friedman’s answer: “. . . He [ Lt.Gen. Ben Hodges, Commander U.S. Army Europe ] then left and announced . . . that the U.S. will be pre-positioning armor, artillery and other equipment in the Baltic [Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania], Poland, Romania and Bulgaria, which is a very interesting point . . . In all of this, the United States acted outside the context of NATO . . . So the point is, the United States is prepared to create a cordon sanitaire around Russia. Russia knows it, Russia believes the United States intends to break the Russian Federation; I think that, as Peter Lorry put it, ‘We do not want to kill you, we just want to hurt you a little bit.’ Either way, we are back in the [Cold War] old game (emphasis Geopolitical News) . . .”

2. Prevention of a rapprochement between Russia and Germany

The second question asked is of quintessential importance because it nails the U.S. perspectives vis à vis its European geopolitical ambitions:

(53:17 — 53:34) Attendee question: “is Islamist extremism really the major threat to the USA and will it die on its own or will it keep growing?”

George Friedman’s answer: “It is a problem to the United States but it is not an existential threat; it has to be dealt with but it has to be dealt with proportionately; we have other foreign policy interests. So … the primordial interest of the United States of America, over which for centuries we fought wars, First and Second and Cold War, has been the relationship between Germany and Russia because united they are the only force that could threaten us, and to make sure that does not happen (emphasis Geopolitical News), I say this as a possible victim of Islamic terrorism, it will happen … Even if we develop all of our efforts to preventing it, we will fail therefore if we do what we did in a decade after 9/11, which is utterly concentrate on that issue to the exclusion of all else, so that our army cannot fight unless it has sand under its feet, just not used to it, there are much larger dangers to the United States out there. It is very difficult to say to a country that has been hit by 9/11: take it in stride and no government can. But, the discipline of governance is that, while at the same time reassuring people that you are doing everything you can, you make sure you are not. . You are making as much as you reasonably should and our government… We have to remember the United States is like a fifteen year old, it’s manic depressive, in the morning it is love peace, love and happiness, at night it is suicidal because their best friend does not like them anymore: We are a very young empire we don’t even want to think about being an empire. We want to go home and have libertarian dreams: it won’t happen but it takes us a very long time to become mature. Georges Bush had not idea that his presidency was going to be about 9/11 and had no idea how to respond and neither did his critics. Barack Obama decided he could wish it all away. If he was nice, they won’t try to blow him up. We have to find a pattern of governance that combines an American Republic with what it never wanted to be, but we are almost one quarter of the world’s economy; we are going to piss people off a lot.”

In other words, the goal of the United States of America with its annual military budget exceeding 600 billion USD (more than all other nations’ military budgets combined) is to achieve the Pentagon’s Joint Vision 2020 of a unipolar world of full spectrum dominance: divide and conquer, Divide Et Impera.

George Friedman’s neocon views are sharp and high-pitched, cynical and arrogant, particularly when criticizing the U.S. wasting time and resources on a “Muslim threat” that does not qualify as an existential one! So one could and should ask: why on earth is the U.S. “allegedly fighting terrorism” in so many countries: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen via its proxy Saudi Arabia?

The Empire of Chaos strikes again: Declaration of U.S. sanctions thus war against Russia, Germany and Austria?

Amidst geopolitical cacophony, U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Владимир Путин (Vladimir Putin) will meet for the first time in Hamburg, Germany, against the backdrop of the well-known narrative of an alleged Russian collusion and meddling into the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.  What some astute observers describe here as the ongoing Neocon (Neo-Conservative) Washington fascist refrain. But naturally, the nefariousness of the Washington Régime and its countless destruction of lives and countries is “a given” and a “legitimate act of grandeur” as the U.S upholds its “Liberty and Freedom” Leitmotiv, shoving it down the throat of our international community with tanks, missiles, weaponry and wars if necessary.

As the US/EU fascist cavalry, within the cover-up of NATO, expands East, the amount of attempted color revolutions, coup d’états and deaths rise to a level never mentioned in the Mainstream Media (CNN, BBC, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Le Monde, Süd Deutsche Zeitung, the Washington Post and the New York Times) fake news narrative.  Babylon is ready to defend its Bretton Woods Reserve Currency Status (USD/EUR/GBP/YEN, and Chinese Renminbi since 2015) with wars if necessary and it has become necessary Ladies and Gentlemen!

Swiss historian Daniele Ganser in his brilliant work (unfortunately only in German): Die Illegale Kriege der NATO / The Illegal Wars of NATO, coins post-WWII U.S bête noire hegemon as an “Empire” being responsible for the death of at least 300 million lives since the end of World War II.

But this time, the (U.S.) Empire of Chaos is isolating itself again, wanting now to supply LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) and replace our Russian gas delivery and the upcoming €9.2 billion Nord Stream 2 pipeline project under the Baltic Sea that will double Russian gas delivery to Europe. Washington is trying to coerce Germany, Austria, France and Britain into buying U.S. energy: This time it won’t wash, Chancellor Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron and Co. showed the Washington Empire of Chaos the finger sign threatening the U.S. with retaliations and sanctions. And by the way Сергей Викторович Лавров (Sergej Viktorovitch Lavrov), who was in Paris just one day before G20 Hamburg, confirmed that France & Germany will resume normal trade partnership with Russia thus by-passing the Washington fascist demands.

Post-Mortem Western Mainstream Media Propaganda vis à vis U.S. Presidential Election

President Elect Of the United States, PEOTUS, Donald Trump’s 2016 victory has left the Western Mainstream Media (MSM) speechless but yet struggling to salvage some scrap of what is left of its credibility or lack of it. It is commonly known as ‘multiculturalism’ or, less formally, Political Correctness. From its beginning, the promoters of cultural Marxism have known they could be more effective if they concealed the Marxist nature of their work, hence the use of terms such as ‘multiculturalism.‘” Cultural Marxism upholds, among other things, sexual lawlessness and the destruction of the traditional Judeo-Christian family structure: the foundation of any stable and functioning society.

Both Democrats and Republicans parties are backed up by an oligopoly that controls its failing Main Stream Media (MSM) western propaganda with a succession of U.S.-NATO war-mongering geopolitical plots following each other at a breathtaking speed:

—Failed attempt to democratic candidate Hilary Rodham Clinton vote recount, which MSM rapidly brushed aside since more votes were “recovered” for PEOTUS than Hillary Clinton.

—Fake News narrative followed the failed attempt to the Democratic US vote-recount scheme.

—Shortly after the Fake News narrative, the MSM oligopoly came up with the “Russia-rigged-the-elections-results” stunt in an attempt to oppose the alternative media with outlets such as former United States Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy Dr. Paul Craig Robert’s blog. As if mainstream media did own the credibility for delivering facts and neutral information to its sheeple: Yeah right!

Most U.S., British and French citizens, under the spell of Western democratic delusion, underestimate how crucial it is for the establishment to control the news thus their minds. Maintaining the right level of MSM propaganda upholds the sheeple’s support for U.S.-NATO inception of uprisings, coup d’états and wars : Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Ukraine being just a few of the most recent US-examples. Remember the 1915 U.S./British sinking of the Lusitania cover-up plot that eventually brought the U.S. into WWI? Assistant Editor to the Financial Times Dr. Gillian Tett reminds us of the importance of controlling the masses’ opinion: “Most societies have an élite; an élite [who] tries to stay in power, and the way they stay in power is not merely by controlling the means of production, to be Marxist: i.e. controlling the money, but by controlling the cognitive map, the way we think. And what really matters in that respect is not so much what is actually said in public, but what is left undebated, unsaid.”

—The ongoing U.S and Western neocon war-mongering against Russia and China could have reached the next level with the assassination of the Russian Ambassador Andrey Karlov who was shot dead as he was delivering a speech at the opening of an exhibition called “Russia in the Eyes of Turks” at an art gallery in Ankara. Russian Senator Frants Klintsevich suggested that “the cold-blooded killing of Andrei Karlov, who died after being shot five times in the back, was a ‘planned action'”. He continued: “Everyone knew that he was going to attend this photo exhibition. It can be ISIS, or the Kurdish army which tries to hurt Erdogan. But maybe – and it is highly likely – that representatives of foreign NATO secret services are behind it.”

—Finally, a Russian military plane carrying 92 people, including dozens of Red Army Choir singers, dancers and orchestra members, crashed into the Black Sea shortly after takeoff from Sochi on its way to Latakia, Syria, on Sunday, killing everyone on board, Russian authorities said.

As author Fred Branfman wrote in his remarkable book Voices from the Plain of Jars, “One of the most shattering revelations about the [Laos] bombing was discovering why it had so vastly increased in 1969, as described by the refugees. I learned that after President Lyndon Johnson had declared a bombing halt over North Vietnam in November 1968, he had simply diverted the planes into northern Laos. There was no military reason for doing so. It was simply because, as U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission Monteagle Stearns testified to the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations in October 1969, ‘Well, we had all those planes sitting around and couldn’t just let them stay there with nothing to do.'”

One of the worst pieces of neocon U.S. propaganda to be published on the East Coast, besides the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, is The Washington Post and its daily disgorge of war-mongering titles such as “Intelligence community investigating covert Russian influence operations in the United States.” According this Washington Post article, “U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies are investigating what they see as a broad covert Russian operation in the United States to sow public distrust in the upcoming presidential election and in U.S. political institutions, intelligence and congressional officials said. The aim is to understand the scope and intent of the Russian campaign, which incorporates cyber-tools to hack systems used in the political process, enhancing Russia’s ability to spread disinformation.”

Well, is not this what one of the worst Washington neocon representatives, Hillary Rodham Clinton, gushes on a regular basis: “. . . And we will make sure the Iranians and the world understand that the United States will act decisively if necessary, including taking military action. There will have to be consequences for any violation by Iran and that, the nuclear option should not at all be taken off the table: that has been my position consistently . . . And Russia has to support the international community’s effort sincerely or be held to account . . . That Russia or China will pay a price, because they are holding up ‘progress’ blockading it that is no longer tolerable.” —Hillary Rodham Clinton

In a very insightful article, The New York Times’ Media Bias, author Noam Chomsky perfectly refers to the U.S. empire hegemonic aspiration: “The [U.S] media reflects, uncritically, the approved doctrine: that the U.S. owns the world, and it does so by right.”

U.S. Exceptionalism and U.S. Global Terror Management Strategy | Preemptive Strike & Neocons Mainstream Media Propaganda (Part Four)

In Part One, Part Two and Part Three of this series, we saw how the U.S. has become the Unipolar geopolitical Hegemon of our 21^st Century although threatened by regional powers China and Russia. We compared conservatives and neoconservatives policies and observed how the military doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) has been replaced by the post 9/11 neocon belief of “preemptive strike.”

Growing up in France in the early 70’s, I often listened to La Voix de la Russie (The Voice of Russia) and its daily spew of communist propaganda that I found amusing. Why? Because my family comes from Poland: Mom and Dad (born in Grenoble and Paris) had both Polish Parents. I once recall a radio-guest being asked about “alleged” shootings and deaths of German Democratic Republic (GDR) citizens being caught trying to escape to the West. The GDR official replied: “This is Western Propaganda, the Berlin Wall is here to ‘protect’ GDR citizens from Westerners trying to ‘enter illegally’ into the German Democratic Republic (sic).”

What is actually atypical and preposterous is the fact that things have literally turned around one hundred per cent.  Similar to the former Soviet Union times, I am convinced that a new breed of propaganda has emerged: But this time, it comes from the West! Just like in the 70’s and 80’s the old Soviet Union was trying to “protect and defend” its crumbling empire, today’s Empire of Chaos (U.S., Britain and EU) is upholding its too-big-to-fail aka too-big-to-jail institutions via private Central Banks: FED, BOE, ECB and BOJ and a full array of financial policies, products and dicey skims:

• Quantitative Easing: QE
• Zero Interest Rate Policy: ZIRP
• Negative Interest Rest Policy: NIRP coming soon from the Federal Reserve?
• Global derivatives : 700 trillion USD in 2015
• Credit default swaps (CDS) and other exotic instruments: 1.5 quadrillion USD according BIS: Bank of International Settlement in Basel, Switzerland

Jacob Rothschild admits:

“The six months under review have seen [private central] bankers continuing what is surely the greatest experiment in monetary policy in the history of the whole world. We are therefore in uncharted waters and it is impossible to predict the unintended consequences of very low interest rates…” (see also here and here)

Witnessing how NATO has transformed itself, from a former Cold War defensive-asset into a war mongering neocon terror organization, one may just wonder at its horrific 78-day Serbian ethnic cleansing undertook in 1999 via the targeting of white Christian Serbs who did not pose any threat to Yugoslavia or NATO allies whatsoever.

During an interview by Andy Clark with Noam Chomsky, at the Amsterdam Forum on the 18^th of December 2005:”Terror and Iraq“, Chomsky replied: “. . . [A]lthough every sane person knows that [oil] was the reason, if Iraq had been producing pickles and lettuce, would they have been invaded? I mean, let’s be serious. Of course it’s oil.” It was a calling for U.S. President George Walker Bush and Britain’s Prime Minister Anthony Charles Lynton (Tony) Blair‘s “Messianic Mission” too, Chomsky went on to say: “Bring democracy to Iraq and immediately everyone had to leap on the democratization bandwagon and it began to be described as the most noble war in history and so on and so forth.“

And indeed, the mainstream media hogwash went on to spew even more neocon propaganda extraordinaire. I do apologize to my readers for this brief linguistic lesson but ordinär in German comes from the French ordinaire. “Extra-ordinär” then would mean “extra-vulgar” and/or “extra-offensive“, which would very well describe the inaccuracy, falsehood and deceit of the three following statements:

• This war [in Iraq] is the most important liberal, revolutionary U.S. democracy-building project since the Marshall Plan … It is one of the noblest things this country has ever attempted abroad.” —Thomas Friedman, New York Times foreign affairs analyst, November 2003
• “President Bush has placed human rights at the center of his foreign policy agenda in unprecedented way.” —Michael Gerson, columnist for the Washington Post, and former speech-writer for George W. Bush, 2007
• “[The war in Iraq] is one of the noblest endeavors the United States, or any great power, has ever undertaken.” —David Brooks, New York Times columnist (2007) as the nefarious neocon propaganda “bravo and sierra” went on unabated.
• And last but not least, the neocon propagandist in chief himself: Barack Hussein Obama adding his own version to it:

“This is an extraordinary achievement, (15:19) nearly nine years in the making. And today, we remember everything that you did to make it possible. … (32:35) Years from now, your legacy will endure. In the names of your fallen comrades etched on headstones at Arlington and the quiet memorials across our country. In the whispered words of admiration as you march in parades, and in the freedom of our children and grandchildren. And in the quiet of night, you will recall that your heart was once touched by fire. You will know that you answered when your country called; you served a cause greater than yourselves. You helped forge a just and lasting peace with Iraq, and among all nations. I could not be prouder of you, and America could not be prouder of you. God bless you all, God bless your families, and God bless the United States of America.” —U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama | December 14, 2011 | Fort Bragg, North Carolina, USA

*William Blum concludes: “”Does Mr. [Barack Hussein] Obama, the Peace Laureate, believe the words that come out of his mouth? Barack H. Obama believes only in being the president of the United States. It is the only strong belief the man holds. But freedom has indeed reigned — for the great multinationals to extract everything they can from Iraq’s resources and labor without the hindrance of [Iraqi] public interest laws, environmental regulations, or worker protections.” (emphasis Geopoliticalnews)

U.S. Exceptionalism and U.S. Global Terror Management Strategy | September 11th 2001 and the Rise of The U.S. Neocons (Part 3)

In Part One and Part Two of this series, we reviewed why the United States of America has become the geopolitical Hegemon of our 21^st Century. Rising powers China and Russia are threatening the geopolitical and geofinancial “command and control” neocon-led Empire of Chaos (as coined by Pepe Escobar) and forcing the U.S. to defend its US-Dollar Reserve Currency status with extraordinary and non-diplomatic means: Quantitative Easing or QE Zimbabwe style fiat paper money printing, color revolutions, coups d’états, war crimes, subversion, coercion and weapons of mass migration: Germany and Austria being the latest victims. However, China and the BRICS offer an array of geopolitical, financial and banking services providing the international community with a worthy alternative to both collapsing Petrodollar and US-Dollar:  

• BRICS: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa as an alternative to the Bretton Woods Western nations USD, GBP, EUR and ¥EN
• SCO: Shanghai Cooperation Organization as an alternative to NATO
• AIIB: Asian Infrastructure and Investment Bank as an alternative to the IMF
• CIPS: Chinese inter-banking payment system as an alternative to SWIFT
• Shanghai Gold Exchange: an alternative to the paper-fraud markets of London and New York
• CFFEX: China’s New, China Financial Future Exchange

It is also well worth noticing the entry of the Chinese Renminbi (CN¥ or Chinese Yuan) into the Special Drawing Right (SDR): the Elite currency club of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). As of October 1st of 2016, the Chinese Renminbi will have entered the privileged club of pristine world reserve currencies: US Dollar, Euro, British Pound and Japanese ¥en to become its fifth international reserve currency:

A few days back, we remembered September 11^th 2001 15h anniversary. We are still longing for the full disclosure of what really happened. Similar to President John F. Kennedy’s 1963 assassination in Dallas, we most likely will never find out. Nonetheless, we now have proof of 9/11’s Mainstream Media cover-up as well as strong evidence for a miniature nuclear implosion/detonation with the use of thermite.

9/11 remains the coup d’état par excellence : A terror attack applied upon the American Sheeple and the creation of a fictitious enemy the Establishment can adapt, relocate and rename at anytime: The perfect enactment of a self-made neocon catastrophe that rallied people internationally, emotionally and passionately behind a newly created brand of terror: Al Qaeda, ISIS, The Levant, IS, ISIL, The Islamist State, Daesh or Al Nusra. All should be considered the neocons’ “War on Terror trademark“; a mainstream propaganda tool easily sold to a Western crowd way too busy with ubiquitous Internet, smartphones or Britain’s Got Talent. After 9/11, Al Qaeda 2.0 or ISIS would follow. Trained mercenaries are backed up financially by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; they often follow the Wahhabi strain of Islam that produces so many ISIS militants: Thanks to Washington’s acquiescence.  An updated version of ISIS, The Islamic State, would follow in Syria after Russia and China refused a similar French-led NATO bombing on Libya.

The iniquitous 1999 US-NATO dismantling of Yugoslavia (that preceded 9/11) was followed by a 78-day NATO “humanitarian bombing” of Kosovo with the help of German co-conspirator. Kosovo did not pose any threat within Yugoslavia or to any members of the NATO alliance whatsoever: Thus a flagrant crime of aggression in violation of Article 2.4 of the UN Charter. As we shall see in the next installment (Part 5) Kosovo’s capture could have been on U.S. Pentagon’s drawing board for three main reasons:

• Control the Balkan pipeline energy-grid between Western Europe, Eurasia, and Russia
• Control the heroin Balkan route from Central Asia’s Golden Crescent (Afghanistan) to Europe and beyond
• Control South Eastern Europe with  1000 acres (3 km²) of U.S. military footprint: Camp Bondsteel

In a Global Research‘s article: Neocon 101: What do Neo-conservatives Believe? Global Research author asks the question: “What is the difference between a neoconservative and a conservative: Liberals first applied the ‘neo’ prefix to their comrades who broke ranks to become more conservative in the 1960s and 70s. The defectors remained more liberal on some domestic policy issues. But foreign policy stands have always defined neoconservatism. Where other conservatives favored détente and containment of the Soviet Union, neocons pushed direct confrontation, which became their raison d’être during the 1970s and 80’s.”

“Mutual Assured Destruction or mutually assured destruction (MAD) [was] a doctrine of military strategy and national security policy in which a full-scale use of nuclear weapons by two or more opposing sides would cause the complete annihilation of both the attacker and the defender … It was based on the theory of deterrence, which holds that the threat of using strong weapons was a military strategy” dear to President Regan during the Cold War era. Ronald Reagan mantra was “peace through strength“, “peace was the end; strength was the mean“: it was based on a policy of military détente and as much as possible entente cordiale. 

U.S. neocons have pushed aside the Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) doctrine to replace it with preemptive strike … Did you catch that? Preemptive strike…? The next installment (Part 4 of this series) will magnify the thought of “Preemptive Strike” and the nefariousness of these U.S. fascist neocons and their warmongering philosophy.

In his blog-article “American Exceptionalism and the Election Made in Hell (Or Why I’d Vote for Trump Over Hillary)”, William Blum, author of America’s Deadliest Export: Democracy – The Truth About US Foreign Policy and Everything Else, writes:

“My main concern is foreign policy. American foreign policy is the greatest threat to world peace, prosperity, and the environment [emphasis Geopoliticalnews]. And when it comes to foreign policy, Hillary Clinton is a[n utter] disaster. From Iraq and Syria to Libya and Honduras the world is a much worse place because of her; so much so that I’d call her a war criminal who should be prosecuted. And not much better can be expected on domestic issues from this woman who was paid $675,000 by Goldman Sachs [fascist bankster cabal criminals] – one of the most reactionary, anti-social corporations in this sad world – for four speeches and even more than that in political donations in recent years. Add to that Hillary’s willingness to serve for six years on the board of Walmart while her husband was governor of Arkansas. Can we expect to change corporate behavior by taking their money?”

Guest Article: “Trump’s Anti-Interventionism – Neocons Hate It As Anti-War Left Comes Around”

Until recently the progressive mind has been resolutely closed and stubbornly frozen in place against all things Trump.

But cracks are appearing in the ice.  With increasing frequency over the last few months, some of the most thoughtful left and progressive figures have begun to speak favorably of aspects of Trump’s foreign policy.  Let us hear from these heretics, among them William Greider, Glen Ford, John Pilger, Jean Bricmont, Stephen F. Cohen and William Blum.  Their words are not to be construed as “endorsements,” but rather an acknowledgment of Trump’s anti-interventionist views, the impact those views are having and the alternative he poses to Hillary Clinton in the current electoral contest.

First, let’s consider the estimable William Greider, a regular contributor to The Nation and author of Secrets of the Temple.  He titled a recent article for the Nation, “Donald Trump Could be The Military Industrial Complex’s Worst Nightmare: The Republican Front Runner is Against Nation Building.  Imagine That.” 

Greider’s article is brief, and I recommend reading every precious word of it.  Here is but one quote: “Trump has, in his usual unvarnished manner, kicked open the door to an important and fundamental foreign-policy debate.”  And here is a passage from Trump’s interview with the Washington Post that Greider chooses to quote:

“‘I watched as we built schools in Iraq and they’d be blown up,’ Trump told the editors.  ‘And we’d build another one and it would get blown up. And we would rebuild it three times. And yet we can’t build a school in Brooklyn.… at what point do you say hey, we have to take care of ourselves. So, you know, I know the outer world exists and I’ll be very cognizant of that but at the same time, our country is disintegrating, large sections of it, especially in the inner cities.'”

Trump talks about building infrastructure for the inner cities, especially better schools for African American children, rather than bombing people of color halfway around the world!  That is hardly racism.  And it is not how the mainstream media wants us to think of The Donald.

Next, Glen Ford, the eloquent radical Left executive editor of Black Agenda Report, a superb and widely read outlet, penned an article in March 2016, with the following title: “Trump Way to the Left of Clinton on Foreign Policy – In Fact, He’s Damn Near Anti-Empire.” Ford’s piece is well worth reading in its entirety; here are just a few quotes :

“Trump has rejected the whole gamut of U.S. imperial war rationales, from FDR straight through to the present.”

 

“If Trump’s tens of millions of white, so-called ‘Middle American’ followers stick by him, it will utterly shatter the prevailing assumption that the American public favors maintenance of U.S. empire by military means.”

 

“Trump shows no interest in ‘spreading democracy,’ like George W. Bush, or assuming a responsibility to ‘protect’ other peoples from their own governments, like Barack Obama and his political twin, Hillary Clinton.”

 

“It is sad beyond measure that the near-extinction of independent Black politics has placed African Americans in the most untenable position imaginable at this critical moment: in the Hillary Clinton camp.”

Next, let’s turn to John Pilger, the Left wing Australian journalist and documentary film maker who has been writing about Western foreign policy with unimpeachable accuracy and wisdom since the Vietnam War era.   Here are some of his comments on Trump:

“..Donald Trump is being presented (by the mass media) as a lunatic, a fascist.  He is certainly odious; but he is also a media hate figure.  That alone should arouse our skepticism.”

 

“Trump’s views on migration are grotesque, but no more grotesque than those of David Cameron. It is not Trump who is the Great Deporter from the United States, but the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Barack Obama.”

 

“In 1947, a series of National Security Council directives described the paramount aim of American foreign policy as ‘a world substantially made over in [America’s] own image’.  The ideology was messianic Americanism. We were all Americans. Or else. …”

 

“Donald Trump is a symptom of this, but he is also a maverick. He says the invasion of Iraq was a crime; he doesn’t want to go to war with Russia and China. The danger to the rest of us is not Trump, but Hillary Clinton. She is no maverick. She embodies the resilience and violence of a system whose vaunted ‘exceptionalism’ is totalitarian with an occasional liberal face.”

The money quote is: “The danger to the rest of us is not Trump, but Hillary Clinton.”  When Pilger submitted his article to the “progressive” magazine Truthout, this sentence was deleted, censored as he reported, along with a few of the surrounding sentences.  Such censorship had not been imposed on Pilger by Truthout ever before.  Truthout’s commitment to free speech apparently has limits in the case of The Donald versus Hillary, rather severe ones.  So one must read even the progressive press with some skepticism when it comes to Trump.

Trump has also been noticed by the Left in Europe, notably by the sharp minded Jean Bricmont, physicist and author of Humanitarian Imperialism who writes here:

 

(Trump) “is the first major political figure to call for ‘America First’ meaning non-interventionism.  He not only denounces the trillions of dollars spent in wars, deplores the dead and wounded American soldiers, but also speaks of the Iraqi victims of a war launched by a Republican President. He does so to a Republican public and manages to win its support. He denounces the empire of US military bases, claiming to prefer to build schools here in the United States. He wants good relations with Russia. He observes that the militarist policies pursued for decades have caused the United States to be hated throughout the world. He calls Sarkozy a criminal who should be judged for his role in Libya. Another advantage of Trump: he is detested by the neoconservatives, who are the main architects of the present disaster.”

And then there is Stephen F. Cohen, contributing editor for The Nation and Professor Emeritus of Russian History at Princeton and NYU.  Cohen makes the point that Trump, alone among the presidential candidates, has raised five urgent and fundamental questions, which all other candidates in the major parties have either scorned or more frequently ignored. The five questions all call into question the interventionist warlike stance of the US for the past 20 plus years. Cohen enumerates the questions here, thus:

“Should the United States always be the world’s leader and policeman?

 

“What is NATO’s proper mission today, 25 years after the end of the Soviet Union and when international terrorism is the main threat to the West?

 

“Why does Washington repeatedly pursue a policy of regime change, in Iraq, Libya, possibly in Ukraine, and now in Damascus, even though it always ends in “disaster”?

 

“Why is the United States treating Putin’s Russia as an enemy and not as a security partner?

 

“And should US nuclear weapons doctrine include a no-first use pledge, which it does not?”

Cohen comments in detail on these questions here. Whatever one may think of the answers Trump has provided to the five questions, there is no doubt that he alone among the presidential candidates has raised them – and that in itself is an important contribution.

At this point, I mention my own piece, which appeared late last year.  Entitled “Who is the Arch Racist, Hillary or The Donald”?  Like Cohen’s pieces, it finds merit with the Trump foreign policy in the context of posing a question.

Finally, let us turn to Bill Blum, who wrote an article entitled, “American Exceptionalism and the Election Made in Hell (Or Why I’d Vote for Trump Over Hillary).”  Again there is little doubt about the stance of Blum, who is the author of Killing Hope: U.S. Military and CIA Interventions Since World War II, a scholarly compendium, which Noam Chomsky calls “Far and away the best book on the topic.”

Blum begins his piece:

“If the American presidential election winds up with Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump, and my passport is confiscated, and I’m somehow FORCED to choose one or the other, or I’m PAID to do so, paid well … I would vote for Trump.”

 

“My main concern is foreign policy. American foreign policy is the greatest threat to world peace, prosperity, and the environment. And when it comes to foreign policy, Hillary Clinton is an unholy disaster. From Iraq and Syria to Libya and Honduras the world is a much worse place because of her; so much so that I’d call her a war criminal who should be prosecuted.”

And he concludes:

“He (Trump) calls Iraq ‘a complete disaster’, condemning not only George W. Bush but the neocons who surrounded him. ‘They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction and there were none. And they knew there were none. There were no weapons of mass destruction.’ He even questions the idea that ‘Bush kept us safe’, and adds that ‘Whether you like Saddam or not, he used to kill terrorists’.”

“Yes, he’s personally obnoxious. I’d have a very hard time being his friend. Who cares?”

I conclude with Blum’s words because they are most pertinent to our present situation.  The world is living through a perilous time when the likes of the neocons and Hillary Clinton could lead us into a nuclear Armageddon with their belligerence toward Russia and their militaristic confrontation with China.

The reality is that we are faced with a choice between Clinton and Trump, a choice which informs much of the above commentary.  Survival is at stake and we must consider survival first if our judgments are to be sane.

U.S. Exceptionalism and U.S. Global Terror Management Strategy (Part Two)

Polish-American political scientist and geostrategist Zbigniew Brzezinski and his monumental geopolitical work: “The Grand Chessboard”, is a must read if we want to better understand 21^st century U.S. Hegemon Unipolar World priorities. (Former) Imperialist Atlantic Europe (Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Britain) did rule Europe and the world up to the 1870’s until Continental Europe: Italy (grandiose contributor to modern banking system and the Renaissance) and Germany  “showed up”most likely  feeling left out and wanting a piece of the geopolitical pie. In 1879, Germany and Austria-Hungary formed what is known as the Dual Alliance which became the Triple Alliance with the addition of Italy in 1882. In the late second half of the 19^th century and beginning of the 20th century (1880 — 1910), the German Empire was to become an economic powerhouse: Its economy rivaled and surpassed imperialistic Britain and France:

“The speed of Germany’s advance to industrial maturity after 1890 was breathtaking. The years from 1895 to 1907 witnessed a doubling of the number of workers engaged in machine building, from slightly more than one-half million to well over a million. An immediate consequence of expanding industrial employment was a sharp drop in emigration; from an average of 130,000 people per year in the 1880s, the outflow dropped to 20,000 per year in the mid-1890s. The surplus population continued to leave Prussia’s eastern provinces, but the destination was the growing and multiplying factories of Berlin and the Ruhr rather than the Americas. Earlier British fears of German competition were now fully justified. While Britain produced about twice as much steel as Germany during the early 1870s, Germany’s steel production exceeded Britain’s in 1893, and by 1914 Germany was producing more than twice as much steel as Britain. Moreover, only one-third of German exports in 1873 were finished goods; the portion rose to 63 percent by 1913. Germany came to dominate all the major Continental markets except France.”(Source: Encyclopedia Britannica)

Due to its unbalance of trade payments towards Germany, Britain got so worried about losing its gold (The British Pound was then backed up by gold) that in 1887, it issued the “Made in Germany” Merchandise Marks Act intended at degrading German products as shoddy compared to the renowned “British manufacturing standards” (sic). Obviously the unintended consequence is the fact that “Made in Germany” became, and remains to this very day, a worldwide seal of first class workmanship and quality. Where is the French, British or U.S. equivalent to Audi, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, BMW (Bayerische Motor Werke) fine German automobiles? Was this one of the reasons why the Washington neocons have lassoed Volkswagen, for a while the first automobile manufacturer in the world, with a 15 billion USD fine and 3.000 of their cars were blown up in the Tianjin catastrophe?

At the turn of the 20^th Century, the German Empire (with Austria, Hungary and Italy) had already become a Post-Industrial Revolution threat to Britain and France unchallenged Imperialists powers. I would like to  suggest that this could have been one of the core reasons why France and Britain needed Germany’s destruction (WWI) “once and for all” as stated by the great Sir Winston Churchill:

“You must understand that this war is not against Hitler or National Socialism, but against the strength of the German people, which is to be smashed once and for all, regardless of whether it is in the hands of Hitler or a Jesuit priest.”

Shortly after the newly (1913) created Private Federal Reserve, thanks to corrupt U.S. President Woodrow Wilson’s acquiescence, much evidence shows that taking down “German strength” could have very well been on the allies’ agenda:

2. Germany not borrowing money from the central banks of England (BoE) or Federal Reserve

What followed Germany’s 1918 defeat was the 11th of November 1919 humiliating Treaty of Versailles inflicted by Imperialists France and Britain (with the help of the U.S.) The combination of Germany’s WWI defeat and the Versailles dictate had just crushed a superb industrial nation by demanding an additional gold ransom (lost between 1871 and 1914 due to France and Britain’s trade unbalance) of 132 billion (gold) mark.

After re-entering the geopolitical chessboard in 1871, Germany’s post WWII-partition, into West-Germany or Western Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), and East Germany or German Democratic Republic (GDR), gave the birth to a bipolar world dominated by the United States of America (USA) and the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR | CCCP: Сою́з Сове́тских Социалисти́ческих Респу́блик). After the fall of the Soviet Union in December 1991, we returned to a Unipolar world dominated by the United States of America but increasingly challenged by the BRICS nations led by the Double Helix Russia and China.

What has happened to U.S. Exceptionalism? Does it still exist? Is 21st Century USA still “The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave?”

Since the December 1991 fall of the Soviet Union (USSR), we have been leaving in a Unipolar World dominated by a resurging Anglo-American Neo-Conservative leadership: One of the many Khazarian Mafia’s extensions assisted by its own private banking center headquartered in the Financial District of the City of London. Looking into history, one could trace the roots of the most nefarious KM: Khazarian Mafia‘s aspiration all the way back to the Babylonian Empire and its pagan worship that has come down in all sorts of secret societies: Freemasonry, Skull and Bones, Illuminati, The Bohemian Grove’s “Cremation of Care ritual“, held every July in the Redwood Forest outside of San Francisco, California USA, in a 2.700-acre (10.92 km²) privately owned summer camp: Part 1 and Part 2.

One could equate September 11. 2001 to the termination of U.S. democracy as established by the Founding Fathers of the United States of America with its Fourth of July 1776 Declaration of Independence: Thanks to an egregious synthetic terrorist neocon coup d’état on its own American Citizenry.

Since 911, Washington’s worldwide neo conservative destabilization mission is ongoing. “Exceptionalistan” as shrewdly coined by international Brazilian geopolitical analyst Pepe Escobar or the “Empire of Chaos” to-do-list is endless: Kosovo, Afghanistan (FBI cocaine trafficking via Incirlik Turkey and Ramstein Germany NATO airbases), Iraq, Egypt, Iran, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, Macedonia, Georgia, Russia, Venezuela, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kyrgyzstan part of the soon to be destabilized Eurasian Balkan. In the name of U.S. Unipolar World hegemony: “Color revolutions would never be enough; [US] Exceptionalistan is always on the lookout for major strategic upgrades capable of ensuring perpetual Empire of Chaos hegemony,” Pepe Escobar goes on to say.

However, this Anglo-American financial Unipolar World, as we’ve known it since post-WWII 1944 Bretton Woods Conference, is under threat.

BRICS, SCO, AIIB, China’s New Shanghai Gold Exchange, China Financial Future Exchange (CFFEX) and CIPS are all menacing the Anglo-American fiat money USD hegemony (including GBP, EUR and YEN) re-established in 1971, when President Richard Nixon, following General de Gaulle demanding French gold back from the Federal Reserve, unilaterally ended the convertibility of US Dollars to Gold.

Washington’s neocon headquarters have since transformed the United States of America into the world’s largest Terror State, a country which is using God’s blessings promised to Abraham to attack innocent nations (Libya, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria to name just a few) on behalf of its Khazarian Neocon Mafia with/via the deployment of synthetic terror, creating new enemies who then must be attacked by the “official” U.S. Pentagon army. All this is being done to allegedly “stop terrorism” and bring “freedom and democracy” to the Middle East and Africa: pure neocon “national socialist” propaganda that reminds us of Third Reich National Sozialismus’ (Nazi). In other words, Neo Conservatism (neocon) is a political euphemistic jargon synonym of Third Reich’s “National Sozialismus” or in English: National Socialism.

For the sake of maintaining its fiat financial USD Unipolar Leadership Status, “Exceptionalistan” is ready to implement whatever nefarious methodology is necessary: Even if terror has to be applied on its own citizenry and snuff out three thousands human lives like it did on September 11^th of 2001. A fictitious “terrorist” enemy had just been created out of nothing. After the birth of this new breed of synthetic terrorism, destabilization of whatever country that dared to threaten U.S. and Western geopolitical and geo-financial interests would follow:

• Iraq: as Sadam Hussein announced in 2000 that Iraqi oil would be traded in EUR instead of USD
• Libya: as Gaddafi planned to introduce a gold Dinar and thus had to be removed

Initiative such as the BRICS’ and Russia’s De-Dollarization of the world economy is dangerous and taken by the Anglo-American neocons very seriously. As Gerald Celente at Trendsresearch says: “Do you think we [The USA] would be in Iraq if its major export was broccoli?”

• NGOs such as Freedom House innocuously founded in 1941 by Eleanor Roosevelt
• Weapons of Mass Migration: Germany and Austria being hit the hardest since September 4^th 2015
• Dīvide et īmpera: “divide and conquer” strategy creating ongoing chaos

Western citizenry is to the most part oblivious to what is happening. Main Stream Mass Media Propaganda is crucial in upholding the Western ignorance of a compliant and acquiescent sheeple who has been taken captive by a neocon “liberalism” aimed at enslaving its citizens and destroying the God-ordained family structure, which remains the foundation of a functioning and healthy society.

The Washington rogue régime has turned the table of good and evil upside down: We only have the Word of God left to properly qualify or summarize the level of nefariousness these fascist neocons are inflicting upon their victims.
